Mokafa’a is the program developed by Al Rajhi Bank to meet the expectations of the bank’s customers. The program gives multiple options to earn points in exchange for transactions with almost all the bank’s products and services.
How to register for the Mokafa’a program?
Customers are enrolled in this program for free through the Al Rajhi’s internet banking service “Al Mubasher”. The Mokafa’a program is only available for credit cardholders.
How to collect Mokafa’a points?
The customers can earn points through domestic and international purchases on Al Rajhi Credit Cards. Points are calculated on the program’s points calculator depending on the card and minimum amount.

Mokafa’a points can be:
Redeemed for one of the services or merchants listed in Al Rajhi Mokafa’a Program. Customers can find a list of merchants when they log into their Al Mubasher accounts.
Transferred to another Al Rajhi Mokafa’a account, with a transfer fee of 5% of the value points where the member can transfer up to 100,000 points twice during the 12 months.
Donate points to one of the partnering charities.
Transfer points to Airmiles of partner loyalty programs such as Saudi Airlines.
